Are Cherry CBD Lozenges legal?
Yes! CBD hard candies (including all of our CBD lozenges) are legal in all states, but they must contain no more than 0.3% Delta9 THC. Our CBD Infusionz Cherry CBD Lozenges have no more than 0.05% Delta9 THC.
