Yes. Since the product is classified as “Industrial Hemp” and verified as less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis (by Colorado Department of Agriculture), we can ship the hemp botanical extract nationwide.
No. Unfortunately due to high tariff taxes on imports or CBD bans from countries we are not shipping internationally at this time.
No! THC causes the psychoactive effects, NOT CBD. So you can consume even high doses of CBD and you will not get you “high”! Our products may cause drowsiness, do not drive or operate machinery while taking Infusionz Products.
It truly depends on the sensitivity of the testing facility and equipment. While we do not make any promises when it comes to personal drug testing, we are confident all of our starting plant material has been approved by the Colorado Department of Agriculture as having less than 0.3% THC. Our Broad Spectrum CBD products test at 0% THC, but may contain trace amounts of THC delta-9 (<0.05%)
